		<description>In Indonesia they&#039;re called onde-onde, filling is usually a paste made from mung beans. I never liked them until I had some that were just freshly made and still warm. As soon as they cool to room temperature they are too rubbery/mealy (outer and inner layer) for me.</description>

		<description>I love these things, and I almost always get them whenever I have dim sum. I especially love the chewy texture of the rice. Have you ever tried them with black sesame paste? I&#039;ve seen other desert dumplings with the black sesame paste, but only once have I seen them like the jin dui. I think I might give them a try sometime using your recipe.</description>
