Magic Cookie Bars
I’ve blogged about them before, but magic cookie bars never fail to please. They’re so simple to throw together — just layer everything, tamp it down, and bake. Salty, sweet, nutty, chocolaty, and chewy, they are the the perfect treat for those of us who always liked to pile every kind of topping onto ice cream sundaes as kids. (Except maraschino cherries, because those are gross.)

my very favorite!! yummm. for your sweetened condensed milk recipe, what is soya powder? soy flour or soymilk powder?

Soy flour and soy powder aren’t exactly the same thing; soy powder is ground finer and intended for making soy milk, while soy flour in this recipe may end up a bit gritty. If you’re talking about soy milk powder without added flavors or sweeteners, that’s the stuff.
Oh wow those really do look like magic. What a wonderful combination of textures and flavors – scrumptious!
