   i remember baking these cookies at feitler and they really were the best! i don’t have vegan planet here but next time i’m near one i will have to copy down the recipe to make them again! your photos of the cookies are gorgeous too!

   Are you willing to divulge your alterations? I’ve never cooked vegan cookies, but saw these and picked the book up at my local library.
